AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, amending Section 3
of ORDINANCE NO. Q4//
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Tukwila, Washington, as follows:
Section 3 of Ordinance No. 34/ is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 3. Schedule of Charges. Rates and charges for
sewage service furnished and available for use, shall be paid
by the recipient of said service and shall be as follows:
(a) Commercial and Industrial Sewage Service:
A flat rate of $4.00 based on the first 700 cu. ft.
or less of water usage shall be charged. The rate
for sewage service on premises using more than 700
cu. ft. of water per month shall be $0.15 per
additional 100 cu. ft. of water usage. The water
usage shall be based on the average water usage for
the premises during the months October through March.
(b) School Sewage Service:
The rate of $0.15 per month for each school occupant
shall be charged.
(c) Multiple Dwelling Permanent:
The flat rate of $4.00 per month for each dwelling
unit shall be charged.
(d) Multiple Dwelling Transient:
The flat rate of $2.00 per month for each dwelling
unit shall be charged.
(e) Residential Sewage Service
A flat rate of $4.00 per month for each single
family residence shall be charged."
