providing for license fees for amusement machines and similar games
of skill in the City of Tukwila, and fixing penalties for the violation
thereof.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 215 of the City of Tukwila,
providing for license fees for amusement machines and similar games
of skill in the City of Tukwila, and fixing penalties for the violation
thereof,
The City Council of the City of'Tukwila do ordain as follows:
Ordinance 215 is amended as follows:
"Section 11. In addition to the license fees-herein above provided,
the operator of each machine shall monthly pay to the treasurer of
the City of Tukwila five percent (5 of the total gross income of
all devices operated in the City of Tukwila."
"Section 9. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine not ex
ceeding the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00); and any machine
not so licensed will be subject to confiscation by the City of Tukwila
Police Department."
