Ceco Series SF standard steel frames for conven-
tional wall systems present neat trim lines to com-
plement the building design, and will fit most wall
conditions.
Knock -down (K -D) frames have built -in strength.
The corner reinforcement and positive lock tab
construction assures rigid corner joint construc-
tion. When assembled, they present a neat, clean
miter line, because they are die -cut and formed to
exacting tolerances. Floor anchors are adjustable
to set flush or to extend one inch below the finish
floor.
The use of K -D frames helps to reduce con-
struction costs because of lower transportation
charges and more convenient handling. Welded
frames are also available either set -up and welded,
face welded, or perimeter welded.
Frame profiles are designed for popular wall
thickness, can be installed to "butt" or "cap" the
wall, and by utilizing the appropriate snap -in an-
chors they can be made to accommodate almost
all types of wall construction – new or existing.
Series SF frames are available with UL, FM or WH
labels for use with labelled fire doors –refer to
page 23 for details. -
