The Contractor shall review all dimensions and conditions on these documents and verify t::e same on site. Notify the Architect of any discrepancies pri ;or• to beginning interior construction. The contractor shall chalk the partition layout for the Architect's approval prior to construction. A 2. All Work shall conform with applicable state law, municipal ordi nancet, saf'ty requirements, and rules and regulations of all jurisdictions having authority. 3. The General Contractor shall obtain all building permits and secure any required approval from agencies having jurisdiction. 4.. All work shall comply with the recognized workmanship quality standards within the industry as applicable to each unit of work, including ANSI standards where applicable. 5. It is the responsibility of the contractor to determine the extent and division of work between the subcontractors. 5.1 Drawings showing location of equipment, piping, ductwork, electrical conduit, boxes, panels, etc., are diagrammatic and job conditions may produce conflicts. Contractor and subcontractor shall coordinate the work to minimize conflicts and advise the Architect of conflicts before proceeding with any related work so that correction can be made in joint conference. Lighting fixture placement shall have generally precedence over location of other fixtures and equipment. 5.2 The Contractor shall coordinate schedule of all subcontractors and inspection and reviews by governmental agencies to insure proper sequencing of the work and timely completion of the project. 6 ,huh, rs shall make all arrangements with the (Et ttl a and other agencies g es for use of public property for construction purposes.
