Inspected resteel in jacking pads (five each) between lines • 20 and 21 at line M;.
M.5, N, N.5, and 0. Found it all to be in accordance with the approved drawing.
Resteel appeared to be grade 60 and drawing called for only grade•40. Pads on
line N and N.5 found only 11" to 2" clearances, this must be raised up to 3" clear-
ance prior to concrete placement, notified mall manager at the time of inspection.
Soil condition was dry with no loose or foreign materials. Supplied 5 cylinder's
molds tojobsite, test cylinders shall be cast by contractor for compressive
strength test.
