This letter stipulates action that Western Pacific Building Corp will
take to qualify for a temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the:Flexi'5
Building Phase I located at 14001 57th Avenue South.
A heat pump is located in the ten -foot wide rear yard of the building.
The, heat pump itself is no taller than .30" , above grade and, conforms to
appropriate set -back requirements. Ductwork for the heatpump located outside
the building is taller than 30" above grade and may not conform to set -back
requiremtnets.
Western Pacific Building Corp. agrees to relocate the ductwork in such a way
that is till not exceed the 30" height above grade requirements. Tenant
occupying the space will be restricted from utilizing, the room where - ductwork:.
modifications are being made until the work is complete and approved by the
City.
