Dear Ms. Cronk:
Lifetime Foam Products, currently a tenant in Segale Business Park, Bldg. No. 781, located
at., 18300 Southcenter Parkway, has signed a lease with Segale for an additional 29,620 .;
sq. ft. directly adjacent (south) of our present 51,635 sq. ft. at this address.`'
This additional space will be used for finished goods, warehousing of our bedding products,
and for expanded office functions.
All racking will be in -rack sprinklered based on factory mutual approved calculations.
Our production areas will be revised to suit our expanded operations.
Attached for your review are two (2) copies of revised layouts showing rack layout as
well as production and office arrangements.
