provide for license fees for cardroo ns anc3 billiard and pool rooms
and fixing the penalties for violations of Ordinance #204.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 and SECTION 9 of Ordinance #204,
providing for license fees for cardrooms and billiard and pool rooms
and fixing the penalties for violations of Ordinance #204
The City Council of the City of Tukwila do ordain as follows:
Ordinance 204 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 3. That said license fee for billiard and pool table
operations is hereby fixed at a sum of $25.00 per annum for each
billiard or pool table so maintained. That said license fee for
public cardroom tables is hereby fixed at a sum of $35.00 per
annum for each table maintained or used for playing cards:
provided, however, that no license shall be issued for less than
$100,00."
Section 9. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and
upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed
Three Hundred Dollars($300.00), and in addition thereto, shall
pay all costs of prosecution.!
