Mayor's Office
Council President George Hill called the Committee of the Whole
Meeting to order at 7:45 P.M. He announced the purpose of the
meeting was to discuss the dollar figures in the Salary Adminis-
tration Plan.
Others in attendance were: Mayor Edgar Bauch; Mr. Harry J. Prior,
and Mr. Ross Ardrey, Harry J. Prior Associates, Inc.; Mr. Cabot
Dow, Cabot Dow Associates.
MOVED BY VAN DUSEN, SECONDED BY TRAYNOR, THAT THE COUNCIL MEET IN
EXECUTIVE SESSION. MOTION CARRIED.
MOVED BY TRAYNOR, SECONDED BY VAN DUSEN, THAT THE EXECUTIVE SESSION
CLOSE. MOTION CARRIED.
MOVED BY HILL, SECONDED BY TRAYNOR, THAT THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
MEETING ADJOURN. MOTION CARRIED.
