ORDINANCE NO. 371
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA vacating a certain
portion of Macadam Road in the City of Tukwila.
WHEREAS, on the .S day of Mu er i hr.e 19 Lel„ a petition was
filed with the City Council of the City of Tukwila for the
vacation of a certain portion of Macadam Road in the City of
Tukwila, and
WHEREAS, a hearing on said petition was set and a hearing was
held on said petition on November 28, 1962, and the matter was
considered by the legislative authority of the City of Tukwila,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
That portion of the S 2 of Macadam Road lying between the East boundary of
57th Avenue South extended Southerly, and a line parallel to said East
boundary and East of said East boundary and passing through the point where
the South boundary of Macadam Road intersects with the North boundary of
Renton Three Tree Point Road.
be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. The City of Tukwila retains an easement
for the right to exercise and grant easements in respect to the
vacated land for construction, repair and maintenance of public
utilities and services.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
