Maintain sprinkler protection for all enclosed areas. (NFPA 13, 4- 1.1.1) All modifications to sprinkler systems shall have the written approval of the Washington Surveying & Rating Bureau, Factory Mutual Engineering or Industrial Risk Insurers, then by the Tukwila Fire Department. No sprinkler work shall commence without approved drawings. (City Ordinance #1141 & NFPA 13, 1 -9.1) 2. Exit doors shall be openable from the inside without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort.
