The module chosen to be used first (at the bottom) must have the expansion bar assembly(s) removed and re tained for later use. (It will be attached to the top of the last module). See Figure "A ". Attach lifting straps to lift angles located inside top of module at seams. See Figure "B ". Lift the first module over the pylon steel and bolt to the base plate with 3/8" diameter bons provided. (The base plate is drilled and tapped to accept these bolts). See Figure "C ". Each succeeding module is assembled on the pylon steel with the expansion bars at the bottom. NOTE: The expansion bars are taped into position for proper alignment at the factory. DO NOT remove the tape until the module is fastene mechanically and welded to the mounting steel, Lift the module(s) over the pylon steel, align the ouside surface and stripes of each module and fasten module flanges with 1/4" diameter bolts, nuts and washers pro- vided. Weld the 9" Angle to the pylon steel, as shown, as each module is installed. See Figure "D ". Upon assembling the last module with attachment of expansion bar assembly, the assembly(s) removed from the first module will now be used to fasten the top of the last module to the pylon steel.
