Dear Carl:
A grading permit was issued to you for the Tukwila Mini - Storage project in
March 1986. The issuance is in error because you have not received the
necessary flood zone control permit. This permit is hereby rescinded until
you receive the state and the local flood zone control permit. Any grading
of the site will not be authorized until this grading permit is reissued.
If the site plans should change, a new permit and a plan check fee may be
required.

FACILITIES OVER AND ABOVE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS, AS MAY BE NEEDED TO PROTECT
ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
