The two conditions were as follows: l- 1. If approved by Union Pacific, installation of a five (5) foot landscape strip with an evergreen shrub planted two (2) feet on center along the west property line from the existing spur rail to the front property line. 2. Improve the existing front yard landscaping strip by adding additional oak trees thirty (30) feet on center. A ten (10) day appeal period follows the decision of the Board.
