EROSION/SIEDINENTATIOPI CONTROL NOTES
1. At limits of .clearing and areas of vegetation preservation as prescribecTon the plan shall
be clearly flagged in the field and observed during construction.

2. All required sedisentationferesion control facilities must-be constructed and in operation
prior to land clearing end/or other construction to insure that sediment laden water does
not enter the natural drainage system. All erosion dal sediment facilities shall be
maintaided An 1 satisfactory condition until such tine.that clearing and/or construction is
completed and potential for onsite erosion has passed. The implementation. maintenance.
replacement and additions to erosion/sedimentation control systems shalt be the
responsibility responsbi11ty of the permittee.
3. The erosion and sedieentation control systems depicted on this drawing are intended to be
minimum reqtriresents to meet anticipated site conditions. As construction progresses and
unexpczted or seasonal conditions dictate. the pert ttee should anticipate that more erosion
and sedimentation control facilities will be necessary to insure complete siltation control
on the Proposed site. Outing the course of' construction, it shall be the obligation and
resoonsibility af the pernittee to address any new Conditions that nee be created by his
activities and to provide additional facilities, over and above minimum requirements as may
be needed to protect adjacent properties and water quality of the receiving drainage system.

5. Any disturbed area which has been stripped of vegetation aed wnere no further work is antic

planting or other approved erosion contrortreatment applicable to the time of year in
question. Grass seeding alone will be acceptable only during the months of April thru
September nclusive. Seeding may proceed outside the specified time period whenever it is
:in the interest of the pennittee, but must be augmented with mulching, netting, or other
treatment approved by the Department.

have a fence With a minimum height of 3 feet.
