COMPLETION: The word "completion ", as used herein, shall mean payment In full received by Bilt•Rits Fences, at its office address, within ten (101
calendar days of the date of completion of work designated herein.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS: The sale is for cash on "completion ". In the event that the purchaser shall fail to pay when due, any amount owed under
this contract, the purchaser agrees to pay a delinquency charge of one per cent (1 %1 per month, on the unpaid balance of his account. Further, if this
contract shall be placed In the hands of an attorney for collection, or if suit shall be brought to collect any unpaid balance due herein, the purchaser
agrees to pay a reasonable attorney's fee.
RESPONSIBILITY: Locating, clearing and staking of fence and /or property lines is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Purchaser further agrees
that Bilt-Rite Fences shall not be held responsible for any damage to underground pipes, wires or hidden obstructions and herewith waives any claims
relating thereto.
ADDITIONAL WORK: Any work or materials delivered or installed in addition to that proposed herein, shall be subject to an additional charge and
will be billed at the current rate.
WARRANTY: Bilt•Rite Fences warrants chain link fencing to be free from defect in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a
period of one (1) year. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR-IMPLIED, INCLUDING
THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHATABILITY AND FITNESS. No person, firm, or corporation is authorized to assume for Bilt•Rite Fences any other
liability in connection with the sale of these goods.
MODIFICATION: This writing constitutes the full and complete agreement between the parties, and there are no representations, warranties, Prom-
ises, and /or conditions, oral or in writing, other than as stated herein. Any amendment or modification of the within agreement. to be effective and
binding, must be in writing, dated and signed by the parties hereto.
COMPANY APPROVAL: This agreement shall not become effective unless signed by the buyer and delivered to the seller at its office in Auburn,
Washington, and there accepted by it within ten (10) days from the date above written.
LIEN RIGHTS: The parties further agree that, in addition to any other rights that the seller may have, and without prejudice to the same, that seller
may claim a lien in the premises upon which the witll.in• material and supplies are to be installed, foa_{aid materials and supplies, and that purchaser
