The additional plan received on September 22, 1986 by the Building Department indicates a revision to the original set of building plans that would necessitate the following changes: 2. Exit hardware and marking must meet the requirements of Uniform Fire Code Sections 12.104 & 12.114. Exit doors shall be openable from the inside without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort. (UFC 12.104b) 3. Maintain sprinkler protection for all enclosed areas. (NFPA 13, 4- 1.1.1) A11 modifications to sprinkler systems shall have the written approval of the Washington Surveying & Rating Bureau, Factory Mutual Engineering or Industrial Risk Insurers, then by the Tukwila Fire Department.
