One lineal foot of floor -to- ceiling partition for each twelve square feet of net rentable area, including two coats of pastel latex paint and rubber base. Partitions to consist of one layer of 5/8" gypsum drywall on each side of 2 1/2" studs. Tenant demising partitions include sound blanket. B. One building standard door, frame and latchset for each 350 square feet of net rentable area. Doors to be 3' -0" x 8' -6 ", solid core oak veneer with anodized aluminum frames and latchset hardware. Locksets and closures are provided on corridor doors. C. Complete ceiling system consisting of 24" x 24" x 5/8" mech- anically suspended, fissured tegular ceiling tiles with recessed exposed grid to match tile color. D.
