One lineal foot of floor -to- ceiling partition for each twelve square feet of net rentable area, including two coats of pastel latex paint and rubber base. Partitions to consist of one layer of 5/8" gypsum drywall on each side of 2 1/2" studs. Tenant demising partitions include sound blanket. B.
