Enough screws are furnished for every hole. • Use 'h" truss head screws at points of non - stress. • Use 34" truss head screws at points of stress such as all roof seams, corners, around doors, etc. • Assemble all screws and nuts finger tight only. • Tighten screws and nuts only after assembly is complete. ARRESTORS Arrestor pads are made up of two 1" thick pads held in position by snap-in grids, one on the intake side and one on the exhaust 'side. The grids hold by friction only - the rubber, tips pressing against metal frame. in the event it is difficult to hold grids in position, turn or pull the rubber tips out a bit on the wire ends and spring grid into position. Be sure, there is no sprayshield, oil or any material on frame where rubber tips contacts, which would cause tip or slip. An alternate method of installing arrestor pads is suggested, particularly if material being sprayed has a tendency to "cake" on the pads and consequently replacement of the pads becomes difficult. SPRINKLER INSTALLATION Cut a 1'f." hole above each exhaust leg. Also install sprinklers in exhaust duct. Unless otherwise noted all panels are to be installed with FLUSH SIDE TO INSIDE OF SPRAYBOOTH.
