WALL PANELS — National's sandwich design three -inch wall panels provide superior insulation as well as strength. Their core of polystyrene has an inherently high insulative value, and when combined with a sheet of embossed aluminum or steel laminated to the Interior and exterior surfaces, yields a structural panel with one of the highest strength -to- weight ratios available to the construction industry. 2. PANEL FINISHES —The standard interior and exterior finishes are stucco- embossed aluminum or steel with a baked - acrylic enamel finish in white or tan to provide a durable all- weather resistant surface that combines beauty with maintenance -free practicality. 3. ROOF CONSTRUCTION— National's massive, two - piece, adjustable extruded aluminum ridge beam is the primary structural member of this unique roofing system. Three or four -inch root panels are sealed and fastened to this member and to the walls forming an integrally strong building capable of withstanding the severest of weather conditions. 4. PANEL CONNECTIONS —The key to National's ease of assembly is the one -piece anodized aluminum "H" channels utilized to join all panels. This unique method of assembly is fast, simple and allows unlimited flexibility in constructing a building to fit any need. 5. CORNER CONSTRUCTION— Two - piece, sturdy anodized aluminum members securely join wall panels to form strong structural corners. Corners are pre -tit and pre -cut allowing any panel to be used in construction. 6. BASE CHANNELS — One -piece continuous base channels of substantial anodized aluminum "U" shaped extrusions are provided. Drain holes are provided to allow water to drain to the outside. When securely fastened to the building foundation they provide a track into which wall panels are assembled providing a solid building base. T. TRIM AND HARDWARE— Root panel outer edges are attractively finished with a heavy anodized aluminum fascia moulding. All panel joints are effectively trimmed with interconnecting aluminum "H" channels used throughout the structure, Window and door jambs are also of attractive natural aluminum. All hardware used throughout the building is of the highest quality. 8. DOORS —To facilitate construction and speed erection, doors are pre -hung at the factory and are finished to match panels selected. All necessary hardware and locks are provided. Optional overhead, sliding and dutch door units are available. NATIONAL exterior enclosures feature an exclusive SUPER SANDWICH PANEL... designed for superior structural strength- Insulating qualities and durable beauty!
