As per our telephone conversation dated August 25/87. This letter is to serve
as a " Letter of Intent " conserning the signage of our showroom located at
16415 - Southcenter Parkway.
We have contracted Jim Manning of Jim Manning & Associates to do the following.
-Pull the small Waterbed Gallery sign completely.
- Replace all metal flashing and re -paint entire pole sign..
- Replace Pacific Stereo sign face with Waterbed Gallery sign face, as
per attached photo.
- At the same time we will pull the north side awning in order to eliminate
the wording, as per your request.
I sincerely hope this will clear up this entire mess. I expect to have the
entire matter completed by September 15/87.
