Dear Mr. Weldy:
The Board of Architectural Review approved and the code (TMC 18.52.040(2))
requires that your proposed fence be a minimum of eight feet in height with
cedar slats. Please see the attached fence detail that you submitted for
BAR approval.
Your landscape area will need a groundcover planting. The suggestion of
ivy (Hedera Helix) by Mr. Slane is an appropriate plant. Plants from flats
with a spacing of no more than 12 inches is required; please see planting
detail. The photinia shrubs shall be a minimum of 36" in height.
These are conditions of the building permit issued to you for your outdoor
storage area.
An elevation of the lighting standards is required to be approved by the
Planning Department prior to installation, as stipulated by the Board.
Please bring a copy into our office to be reviewed.
