Maintain fire extinguisher coverage throughout. 2. Exit hardware and marking must meet the requirements of Uniform Fire Code Sections 12.104 & 12.114. Exit doors shall be openable from the inside without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort. (UFC 12.104b) 3. Maintain square foot coverage of detectors per manufacturer's specifications in all areas including; closets, elevator shafts, top of stairwells, etc. (NFPA 72A, 1 -2.2 & NFPA 72E) All modifications to fire alarm systems shall have the written approval of Tukwila Fire Department. No work shall commence without approved drawings. (City Ordinance #1327) 4. Local UL Central Station supervision is required. (City Ordinance #1327) 5. A fire alarm system is required to be installed and functionally tested. (UFC 10.301) 6. All electrical wiring is to be inspected by the State Electrical Inspector, Washington State Department of Labor & Industries. 7.
