Exit hardware and narking must meet the requirements of Uniform Fire Code Sections 12.104 & 12.114. Exit doors shall be openable from the inside without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort. (UFC 12.104b) 3., Maintain sprinkler protection for all enclosed areas. (NFPA 13, 4-1.1.1) All modifications to sprinkler'systems shall have the written approval of the Washington Surveying &Rating Bureau, Factory Mutual Engineering or Industrial Risk.
