ORDINANCE NO. 370 f
AN ORDINANCE providing for the City of Tukwila Park
Commission.
The City Council of the City of Tukwila do ordain as
follows
SECTION 1. NAME AND CREATION OF COMMISSION. There
is hereby created in and for the City of Tukwila a Park Board to
be known as the City of Tukwila Park Commission.
SECTION 2. COMPOSITION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSION
MEMBERS. The City of Tukwila Park Commission shall consist of
three individuals, residents of the City of Tukwila, who shall be
appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the Council.
SECTION 3. TERM OF OFFICE. Each Commissioner shall
serve for a three year term. The original terms shall be as pro-
vided for in RCW 35.2 3.170.
SECTION 4. DUTIES, POWER, AND AUTHORITY. The City of
Tukwila Park Commission shall serve in an advisory capacity and as
such shall report to the City Council any recommendations it may
have regarding the management, supervision, control and expansion
of parks, recreational facilities and programs in the City of Tuk-
wila.
