The Public Works Department has reviewed and approved your site plan for a single family residence at 16027 45th Ave. South, per the two attached site plans. Per the March 24, 1987 letter from Barbara Stensland of Val Vue Sewer bistrict and the documentation from buane Huskey, P.E., of Water District 75, sewer and water permits will be applied for and obtained through Val Vue and Water District 75 prior to auth- orization from the City of Tukwila to carry out this development. Twenty -four hours prior to carrying out the storm drainage and access, the developer shall apply for and obtain the following permits: 1. Storm Drainage Permit (Permit fee $25.00) The plans submitted for City review indicate storm drainage from the site goes along the concrete driveway to the existing cul de sac and then proceeds (on sheet 2) 270' to an existing catch basin in the public right -of -way. In the field, staff review found this not to be the case: A. The catch basin does not exist. B. The storm drainage does not go to the south, but rather goes to the north toward the into lot 7. Therefore, a resubmittal of the storm drainage portion of these plans shall be provided by the developer, with a registered civil engineer's stamp, which provides for the storm drainage to detention /retention facilities and exten- sions of storm drainage through private /public right -of -way to a prescribed public system.
