The attached set of building plans have been reviewed by
The Fire Prevention Bureau and are acceptable with the

1. The total nr.nnher of fire extinguishers required for
your esi ;ahl. i shment, is calculated at one extinguisher for
each 3000 sq, ft, of area. The extinguisher. (s) should be
or the "Al.] Purpose" (2A, 10 R:C) dry chemi.ca]. type.
Tra.ve.i distance to any fire extinguisher must be 75' or
less. (NFPA 10, 3 -1.1 and tJFC 10.301b)
Maintain fire extinguisher coverage throughout.
2. Exit hardware and marking must meet the requirements
of Uniform Fire Code Sections 12.104 & 12.114.
L'xit, doors shall be openahle from the inside without
the use of a key or any special knowledge or. effort.

EXIT signs shall he installed at rrequ.ired exit
doorways and where otherwise necessary to clearly
indicate the direction of egress. Signs shall be of a
contrasting color wi th the surrounding area and shall
have letters not .less than six inches high with a
minimum letter width of. 3/4 ". (UFC 12.114a & 12.114b)
3. Each circuit breaker shall be legibly marked to
indicate it's purpose. (NEC 110 -22)
