Maintain fire extinguisher coverage throughout. 2. Exit hardware and marking must meet the requirements of Uniform Fire Code Sections 12.104 & 12.114. Exit doors shall be openable from the inside without the use of a key or any special knowledge or eftbrt. (UFC 12.104b) 3. Maintain square foot coverage of detectors per manufacturer's specifications in all areas including; closets, elevator shafts, top of stairwells, etc. (NFPA 72A, 1 -2.2 & NFPA 72E) Local UL Central Station supervision is required.
