Prior to starting any new construction work, the contractor is to field verify all dimensions and notify the Architect immediately of any 'iscrepancies or conflicts between the dimensions on the working drawings and the actual dimensions. 3. The standard mall floor tile is to be extended to the tenant's tile at entry (see A -2). Contractor shall coordinate the purchase and installation of this tile with the Landlord, and will conform to the Mall Standard details. 4. Demising walls consisting of 5/8" GWB Type "X" both sides of metal studs from floor to underside of structure above shall be erected by Landlord. The contractor shall maintain 1 -hour fire -rated assembly and repair if necessary. 5. The General rontracto.r shall provide seismic bracing for all elements of the ceiling including light fixtures. 6. The General Contractor shall provide any certificates required by the Fire Department on all materials required to be flame retardant. 7. The General Contractor shall install a sign on the interior side of the front entrance that reads "This Door To Remain Open During Business Hours ". 8. The General Contractor shall confine all construction materials, tools, equipment and debris within the leased premises, contractor shall be responsible for removal of debris. 9. The General Contractor shall have an operable fire extinguisher on site during construction. 10. It is the responsibility of the General facilities. Shopping center facilities use.
