This review limited to speculative tenant space only - special fire permits may be necessary depending on detailed description of intended use. 2. Maintain fire extinguisher coverage throughout. 3. Exit hardware and marking must meet the requirements of Uniform Fire Code Sections 12.104 & 12.114. Exit doors shall be openable from the inside without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort. (UFC 12.104b) 4. Maintain sprinkler protection for all enclosed areas.
