Simmons Construction and myself we failed to get the necessary nailing inspection required on the installation of our gypsum wallboard on the above referenced project. Northwest Partitions, Inc., having done many construction projects in your city, is very aware of the required inspections. I can assure you that we have attached our gypsum wallboard to wood framing using a Grabber $300 x 1 -1/4" wood screw spaced 8" O.C. at the perimeters and 12" O.C. in the field. Where metal stud framing occurs we have . attached our gypsum wallboard using a Grabber #268 x 1 -1/8" metal screw spaced 8" O.C. at the perimeter and 12" 0.C. in the field. I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this incident may have caused your department.
