Maintain fire extinguisher coverage throughout. 2. Exit hardware and marking must meet the requirements of Uniform Fire Code Sections 12.104 & 12.114. Exit doors shall be openable from the inside without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort. (UFC 12.104b) Areas serving more then 50 occupants must be provided withilluminated exit signes. 3. Maintain sprinkler protection for all enclosed areas. (NFPA 13, 4- 1.1.1) (UFC 10.302) All sprinkler drawings shall be prepared by companies licensed to perform this type of work.
