AN ORDINANCE providing for the filing of plat bonds and plat
maintenance bonds for all plats filed it the City of Alkwila,
Ordinance 369 was amended or repealed by the
following ordinances.

ORDINANCE NO. 369
AN ORDINANCE providing for the filing of plat bonds and plat
maintenance bonds for all plats filed in the City of Tukwila.
The City Council of the City of Tukwila do Ordain as follows:
Whenever any person, organization or Corporation shall file a
plat with the City of Tukwila they shall file a plat bond in an amount
equal to fifty percent(50 of the estimated cost of the improvement
and a plat maintenance bond in an amount equal to twelve and one half
percent (12i of the estimated cost of improvement.
These bonds shall be in a form which is acceptable to the City
of Tukwila.
