A breakdown of the fees are as follows: Building Permit Fee $189.00 Plan Check Fee 123.00 State Surcharge 3.50 Penalty 189.00 TOTAL $504.50 On July 29, 1988, the plan check fee of $123.00 was paid. On September 2, 1988, the $318.50 that paid was the building permit fee, penalty and state surcharge. The amount should have been $381.50 and not $318.50. Therefore we must collect an additional amount of $63.00. I apologize for the inconvenience. There is a self addressed return envelope for your use.
