Exit doors shall be openabie from the inside without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort. (UFC 12.104b) Exit hardware and marking must meet the requirements of Uniform Fire Code Sections 12.104 & 12.114. 2. Maintain sprinkler protection for all enclosed areas. (NFPA 13, 4- 1.1.1) (UFC 10.302) • A1.1 sprinkler drawings shall be prepared by companies licensed to perform this type of work.
