The 20- minute fire rated front entry doors were placed on order December 21, 1988. At this point, according to our supplier, we can expect delivery on January 30. We currently have a temporary set of doors installed in the opening. The doors are 20- minute rated, however, the jam assembly is not stamped as a fire -rated assembly. As of today,. 1/13/89, all inspections are passed off with the exception of the Building Department Final Inspection for Certificate of Occupancy. According to the City of Tukwila Inspector, Tom Jensen, installation of the 20- minute entry doors is the only outstanding item precluding a Certificate of Occupancy. We request that the City of Tukwila grant us an okay to occupy in the interim. Installation of the permanent rated entry system will be completed no later than 2/6/89. The extinguisher(s) should be of the "All Purpose" (2A, 10 B:C) dry chemical type. Travel distance to any fire extinguisher must be 75' or less.
