Ta 8pholnlis(612)) 933, Minnetonka, Minnesota 55345 Current Shop Screen making: Direct emulsion Substraits printed: PVC, vinyl, cardboard paper & some textiles Clean up: Screens are scraped clean of bulk ink and then wiped clean with lacquer thinner. The rags are placed in an approved container awaiting washing. Screen reclamation: Emulsion remover is sprayed on the screen. It is then washed out with a pressure washer. Degreaser is applied and washed out making the screens ready for the next job. At no time are there any thinners or other chemicals (sold as approved to be washed down the drain) washed down the drain. We have well marked fire extinguishers and exit signs, approved ink cabinet & no smoking in the shop. New Shop We will eliminate the use & storage of the lacquer thinner in the clean up phase. This will be replaced by a bio- degradable filtered reclamation sink. We will have timed ventilation to change the air.
