Dear Mr. Peeper:
Per our conversation yesterday, February 11, the present roof of the
J. C. Penney store at Southcenter was actually designed for expansion as
a future third floor.
The present roof (future third floor) was designed to support a 75 psf live
load and a 25 psf partition load for a total of 100 psf.
This is well in excess of the weight of the present roofing plus the new roof -.
