South 180th and Southcenter Parkway Dear Rudy: With regards to the channelization concepts for allowing for ingress and eggress for the developmnet as shown on sheet P -1 as revised 2/19/82 Public Works has reviewed and found this plan acceptable for final plan application under the following conditions: The most southerly 30 -foot access point on Southcenter Parkway, per this redevelopment, will be considered temporary and may be subject to revision or elimination in the future at such time as it is deemed a safety hazard or in order to facilitate smoother traffic flow or relieve congestion in Southcenter Parkway as determined by the City.
