Dear Sir:
The Public Works Department has reviewed and approved your plans per
the following comments:
1. Twenty -four hours prior to beginning comstruction of the site
the developer's representative shall apply for and obtain the
following permits:
a. Sanitary Side Sewer Permit, (fee to be determined at time
of application). Clean -outs shall be provided at the
exit of the building and at all horizontal /vertical bends.
Class "B" bedding shall be provided for the proposed
sewer. The materials for the sewer shall ne limited to,
concrete with a minimum of 12 inches depth or PVC (Schedule
40) with a minimum depth of 36- inches provided throughout.
The sanitary side sewer shall be a minimum of 4 inches in
diameter.
Water Meter Permit - At the time of application the water meter
and size of the pipes shall be provided by the developer. Water
meter permit fee shall be determined at the time of application.
The pipe material shall be per the Tukwila Municipal Code.
3. Curb -Cut Access Permit - Permit fee $25.00. The developer shall
provide the driveway slab a maximum of 24 feet at the property
line per Tukwila Municipal Code 13.56.040.

The revisions consist solely of reducing the northern setback from
10 feet to 7 feet:and the widening of the house from 28 feet to 32.

Per your attached letter I have requested the City contractor
to provide the additional driveway access and your.original access per .
your attached plan as noted in the attached,letter of August 10, 1982
:to Moss Construction Company. As the curb cut is per City standard .
plans and not adjacent to existing driveways it is appropriate . that
at this time it is provided through the contract and not through a
curb cut permit.

Property Owner Request for Additional Driveway in Unnumbered
Lot just South of 14245 59th Avenue South
Dear Mr. Moss:
Per the attached letter and drawing, I request that our contract be
modified to provide an additional 24' wide driveway in the unnumbered
lot just south of 14245 59th Avenue South. Also, I request the
driveway already shown on the contract plans for 14245 59th Avenue
South be provided per this drawing. •The additional driveway apron
and recessed curb substituting for the sidewalk and raised curb shall
be reflected in the bid quantities for sidewalk and driveway apron
and so noted by the City Inspector at the time of measuring the final
quantities for the project.

In review of our records, we have found that the framing inspection called
for on April 5, 1984 is the last indication of any work being done.
Due to the amount of time passed, we must consider your work done and ready
for a final inspection.
Please call for this final inspection as soon as possible. If we have not
heard from you within 10 days we will expire your Building Permit and con-
sider it null and void.
