All that certain real property situated in the City of Tukwila, County of.
King, state of Washington, being a portion of Section 25, Township 23 North,
Range 4 East, Willamette Meridian, and being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly right -of -way line Of the West Valley'
Highway (S.R. 181) at a point which bears S81 °07'3.1 "W 42.00 feet from the
centerline thereof at Highway Engineers Station 1.65 +56.97•; thence from
said POINT OF BEGINNING along said westerly right-of-way Line S08 °52'29 "E
241.00 feet to the southerly line of the lands described.in Warranty Deed
from B. Pille and Nellie Pille, his wife, to Puget Western, Inc., filed
March 23, 1954, in Vol 4514 of Deeds at Page 581, King County Records,
thence along said southerly line S81 °07'31 "W 120.08 feet to the easterly
bank of the Green River; thence along said easterly bank northwesterly to
the intersection thereof with the southerly right -of -way line of Strander
Boulevard; thence along said southerly line of Strander Boulevard
