Per UFC Section 12.104(b), EXIT doors shall be openable from the inside without the use of a kes or anw special knowledge or effort. 2. Per UFC Section 12.113(b), at ever w reauired exit doorwaw, and wherever otherwise reauired to clearlw indicate the direction of egress, an EXIT sign with letters at least six inches high and readilw distinguishable shall be maintained. 3. An automatic fire extinguishing (sprinkler) swstem is reauired and shall be designed, installed and tested Per Citw Ordinance *1141. All sprinkler drawings shall be prepared bw companies licensed to perform this twee of work. Drawings shall first be approved bw the Washington Surveying & Rating Bureau, Factors Mutual Engineering or Industrial Risk Insurers, then bw the Tukwila Fire Department. No work shall commence without approved drawings. 4. Fire extinguishers shall be provided per NFPA *10, as a minimum reauirement. S. Protective guard posts or curbs are reauired around all as meters, electrical transformers, sprinkler valves and hydrants. Posts and curbs are to be painted wellow. 6. Per Sec. 10.309(c) of the Uniform Fire Code, all sprinkler swstems with more than 100 heads shall be supervised bw an approved central, proprietarw or remote station service or a local alarm which will give an audible signal at a constantly attended location.
