The following is a description of the proposed model home display for Parkway Plaza:
1) Purpose of the event is to showcase home furnishings from Parkway Plaza stores.
2) Dates and hours of operation are as follows:
Move house to site on September 15, 1982.
Home open to public September 23 to October 31, 1982.
Hours: Daily - Monday through Friday - 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturdays - 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sundays - Noon to 5:00 p.m.
3). Home will be cleared from parking lot by November 5, 1982.
4) The home is being constructed by Timberland Homes, 7418 South 212th, Kent, Washington,
872 -8810.
5) Description of the home - 54' x 25' with a 10' x 5' greenhouse attached and a 10' x
10' x 26' windmill attached at the east end. It will be placed on a 30" high all -
weather wood foundation and will feature landscaping around the front. It will also
have solar panels on the roof to help promote the cause of saving energy.
6) Benaroya Company person in charge of this event is Tracy O'Day of the Benaroya Company.
We are submitting this information to the City of Tukwila in order to secure the
proper required permits for the project.
