Legal Description
That portion of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter and of the
southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 26, Township 23 North,
Range 4 East, Willamette Meridian, King County, Washington, described as
follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the southeast quarter of
said Section 26;
Thence South 87 °55'02" East along the north line of said south-
east quarter of the southwest quarter a distance of 140.16 feet;
Thence South 01 °12'25" West parallel to the west line of said •
southeast quarter a distance of 490.00 feet; •
Thence North 88 °47'35" West a distance of 738.90 feet to a
point on the easterly margin of Southcenter Parkway;
Thence North 11 °59'33" West along said easterly margin a distance '
of 7.73 feet to a point of curvature;
Thence continuing along said easterly margin, along a curve to the
right having a radius of 919.37 feet an arc distance of 210.78
