ORDINANCE NO. 368
An ordinance fixing the rate of charges to be
made for water used in fire hydrants and appealing Ordinance
No. 331.
The City Council of the City of Tukwila do ordain
as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Tukwila shall pay to
the Tukwila Water Department the sum of Six Dollars ($6.00)
per month for water furnished to each fire hydrant in the City
of Tukwila. The charge herein fixed is a flat rate and shall
be paid monthly.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect on January 1, 1963, after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
Section 3. Ordinance No. 331 is hereby repealed as
of January 1, 1963.
