1. All work sha11 conform with applicable codes and regulations.

2. All elevations shown refer to Mall elevation of 28.50 which is the finish floor of Mall.
All reference to heights on drawings is with 28,50 equalling Oi -0".
Dimensions on drawings are taken to the rough masonry .walls, center line of all
stud partitions and columns, unless otherwise noted.
4. All existing stud walls to be 6" steel studs and all existing concrete block walls
to be 8" thick, utiiees otherwise noted.
5. Place no mains, piping, conduit or obstruction of any kind so as to impair given

Contractor to verify the following:
Ali existing conditions shown on the drawings and at the site, and shall be
responsible for the joining of his work to same.
All dimensions and conditions shown on drawings and shall be responsible for
the joining to the work of other trades.
Location and size of existing openings and bases for mechanical and electrical
equipment.
Location and size of all wall openings required by other trades and shall
furnish same complete with bucks and required lintels.
Locations and size of access doors, duct furring, curbs, anchors, inserts and
machine bases with mechanical and electrical contractors.
(f) Establish locations and size of all roof openings required by general, mechanical
and electrical contractors and retain the project roofing contractor to cut and
flash same. Counter flashing should be by applicable sub - contractor.
