The warehouse area requires two separate means. of egress. These have been provided except that stairs.must be provided from door 15 so as to exit on grade and door 14 must be 3'0" x 6'8" minimum. 2. All lavatories are to. be constructed with approved wainscots having water resistive backing behind, as per Section 1711. 3. 5/8" U.L. approved plasterboard is to be used on all interior walls. 4. The automatic sprinkler system is to be designed in conformance, with Chapter 38 of U.B.C. Standards and should be submitted to the Washington Rating and Surveying Bureau prior to installation. 5. All mood plates in contact with concrete are to be treated with en approved material. 6. The welded connections at the joints of the tilt-up panels are to be protected against fire with cement grout or Albi -Clad paint or an approved equal.
