Dear Mr. Rust:
This letter is to confirm that all code violations cited under case #CE14-0042 at the
property addressed as 13204 Military Road S. have been cured. The property has been
restored to single-family use and all construction related permits issued for this work
have received final inspection approval from the City of Tukwila. The code case file has
been closed.
As I mentioned on the phone, if this property is to be used as a residential rental in the
future, you must obtain a Residential Rental Business license from the City of Tukwila.
Information about the Residential Rental Licensing and Inspection Program can be
found on the City's website: www.tukwilawa.qov. If you have further questions about
