Restroom Counters! Replacement at the Clubhouse
Researching equipment, materials, and options for work to be completed.
Target Completion Date: Fall 2014
Project Stage: Investigating materials and options

Duwamish Hill Preserve (DHP)
Reviewed design options, met with Council on the options. Consultant is preparing cost estimates, and
management team is meeting on August 20th.

Project Budget: $900K
Ft Dent Parking Lot Repair Work
Project has been awarded and will be scheduled to take place in conjunction with the Interurban Avenue
overlay project.
Target Completion Date: Sometime between Now - Fall 2015
