AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKTILA APPLYING A ZONING TO AN AREA
ANNEXED D TO THE CITY OF TUKtt L.A UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 357.
WHEREAS, on April 23, 1962, the Tukwila City Council, acting upon
the recommendation of the Tukwila Planning Canission, extended the Tukwila
Comprehensive Zoning Plan into the area annexed and described is Tukwila
Ordinance No. 357 and applied to said area a zoning of s -1, Light Industry,
as defined in Tukwila Ordinance No. 251.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINNTED BY THE CITY COUNCTT, OF 72YWI as follows:
SECTION 1. that M -1, Light Industry Zoning, as defined in Tukwila Ordinance
No. 251, be applied to the tract of land annexed to Tukwila under Ordinance No.
357 and described as follows:
Beginning at the Intersection of the Southeasterly Production of the
Southwesterly margin of South 133rd Street, with the center line of the Green
River. Thence Northwesterly along said Production and said Southwesterly margin
of street to intersection with Southeasterly margin of 56th Avenue South, thence
Northeasterly along said Avenue to most Northerly corner of Tract 48 East River-
ton garden tracts, according to Plat recorded in Volume 12 of Plats, page 79 in
King County, Washington, thence Southeasterly along Northeasterly margin of said
Tract 48 and Production there of to the Easterly margin of 57th Avenue South.
Thence' Northeasterly along Southeasterly margin of 57th Avenue South to most
Northerly corner of Tract 74 said Plats, thence Southeasterly along Northeasterly
margin of said Tract 74 and the Production there to the center line of said River
to the point of beginning, all ofwhich is contiguous to the City of Tukwila, County
of King, State of Washington,
all of which lies within the corporate limits of the City of Tukwila County of
King, State of Washington.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
